Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities
comfortable bed daily restock in-room safe readily available towels
I enjoyed the convenience of having pool and beach towels readily available in the room. The mini-fridge was restocked daily with refreshments. The in-room safe worked perfectly, and I found the bed very comfortable. These details added much value.
The hallways occasionally were a bit noisy due to other guests.

The staff ensured prompt and efficient service, addressing requests quickly and always maintaining a professional demeanor. They assisted me with any questions, especially regarding directions around the extensive hotel.

Multiple pools provided ample space for relaxation and recreation. One pool featured a dedicated swim-up bar area, offering convenient access to drinks. The hotel included direct beach access with clear, inviting waters.

Breakfast at the Miramar restaurant was AMAZING!!! The breakfast menu provided various options. The service was perfect and Esmeralda and her team of Luis, Ruben, and Antonio were very attentive and helpful.
